Career Overview



Job Duties:

 Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare workers within a secretarial or general office function 
 Answer phones, order supplies, and transcribe orders given by physicians
Transcribe orders given by physicians, prepare patient treatment charts, update patient information, and schedule appointments
Other duties as assigned
 

Skills and Qualifications:

 Must possess strong communication skills, including verbal and written, as well as be able to effectively multi-task
 Office skills, such as organizing, filing, and scheduling
Must have a Unit Clerk Certificate
Must possess a valid Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check
Must be willing to cover shifts anywhere in Edmonton
